The Pinery is an unincorporated town and a census-designated place (CDP) in Douglas County, Colorado, that is managed by Douglas County. Senior Corp. committed to surrender some properties to the association or a projected Pinery Metropolitan District to help preserve the quality of the Pinery development as payment for some of those commitments.
